Douglas C. Mitarotonda

          President

Mr. Mitarotonda presides at meetings of the Board. Mr. Mitarotonda

has general supervision over the affairs of SEEDS and keeps the Board

of Directors fully informed about the activities of SEEDS. Mr. Mitarotonda

has the power to sign and execute alone in the name of SEEDS all contracts

authorized either generally or specifically by the Board. Mr. Mitarotonda

represents SEEDS, serves as a spokesperson on matters of established

policy and positions, and performs all the duties incident to the office of

the President.

Antonia M. Rosenbaum

   Secretary/Treasurer

 

As Secretary, Antonia Rosenbaum keeps the minutes of all meetings of the

Board of Directors and serves all notices to the Board. As Treasurer,

Antonia Rosenbaum keeps full and accurate accounts of receipts and

disbursements of SEEDS and deposits (or causes to be deposited) all

monies, evidences of indebtedness and other valuable documents of SEEDS

in the name and to the credit of SEEDS.
